You are probably aware that Windows has problems too, and we all need help and guidance. The Microsoft support website is a comprehensive collection of articles (known as the ’knowledge base’) covering every aspect of the Windows operating system and applications (including Microsoft Office) with tutorials, tips, workrounds, bug fixes and links to security and other downloads. The BBC is an internationally recognised global broadcaster whose news output is very highly regarded. Their news website is second to none. As well as having up-to-the minute news, sport and weather information both for the UK and international audience, the site also carries many features, background information, audio and video clips, live news feeds (RSS), local and regional news, sport and weather, user comments and feedback, both audio and video streaming live news bulletins and links to the rest of the BBC.
