The website is owned and operated by lidd Consulting.

lidd Consulting refers to Ian Collier trading as lidd Consulting.

1. Using the lidd Consulting website

The content of this website is the property of lidd Consulting.

You may view the lidd Consulting website content on a computer, store the information from the website on the computer and print the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of the website content, for any purpose, without prior written permission from lidd Consulting.

2. lidd Consulting’s Services

Any information entered into lidd Consulting’s website, or given over the telephone, may be stored in an electronic database and will be used as long as required. lidd Consutlting will only contact you as needed to support your business with lidd Consulting. lidd Consulting will not send you any unsolicited communication by mail or email, and will not contact you by telephone or fax except in the course your business with lidd Consulting.

Company accounts can be set up at the discretion of lidd Consulting. Applications for company accounts are made direct to lidd Consulting. lidd Consulting may conduct credit checks and gather other background information as necessary, before granting company accounts, at lidd Consulting’s discretion.

It is solely the user’s responsibility to ensure their details are accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. Such details may be amended at any time by the user by contacting lidd Consulting.

Information entered into the lidd Consulting website is kept confidential by lidd Consulting, except when required by law to disclose this information to the appropriate authority.

lidd Consulting cannot be held responsible for any failure of a third party to contact you whether or not your personal details are correct.

Unless otherwise requested, lidd Consulting will send any necessary post using standard Royal Mail post. lidd Consulting may obtain as "Certificate of Posting" from Royal Mail, as proof of posting.

3. Limitation of liability and disclaimer

The lidd Consulting website is designed to provide the services as described elsewhere on the lidd Consulting website. lidd Consulting will not be liable for any damages, (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from your use or inability to use the website, any content or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the website or any of its content.

Any prices or values prefixed ’£’, or suffixed ’p’, are denominated in UK pounds sterling or UK pence sterling respectively.

The lidd Consulting website may contain links to other websites that are provided by independent third parties for navigational purposes. lidd Consulting is not responsible for their availability, content or service. lidd Consulting makes no warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has destructive or contaminating properties. lidd Consulting will endeavour to ensure that its server is available for the operation of the lidd Consulting website.
