As is often the case, I was struggling with a software problem that I tried to fix myself - after two hours of internet research and experimenting - two hours I badly needed to complete urgent tasks, I called lidd Consulting. Ian answered straightaway and calmly and swiftly sorted out my problem in five minutes flat (and I am pretty handy at fixing my own computer problems).
